Where did my semester break go?

Two weeks of semester break is definitely not enough for me. Am I really starting a new semester this Monday? I was hoping that I could spend more time with my friends, since we hardly ever hang out together since Uni started for all of us, but most of them were too busy with other things. Oh well, there is always a next time, I guess. :/

If you ask me what I did for my short two-week break, basically, I hung out with friends, helped around with the house chores (yeah, no kidding!), fell in love with the new “Unbreakable” album, caught up on things which I hadn’t had time for during my exam weeks, and worked on the computer. Yeah, I know, right? How lame.

Anyway, I have to admit, though, that I’m pretty excited for the new semester to begin. Heh. New classes, yay! Also, I kind of miss my cosy dorm room. Haha.

This is probably going to be my last post before I start school on Monday. So, comments perhaps won’t be returned until I have time off from those classes. I apologize in advance.

Before I go though, feel free take the time to answer/comment on this:

If your parents/family refuse to give you their blessings for having a relationship with an amazing guy/girl whom you are sure is the love of your life, what would you do?

I look forward to reading your comments!

Unbelievable.

Okay so I finally delivered my speech. I wasn’t shaking in front of 748374832 people, like I thought I would. So I think it went really well, heh. My friends told me I was a-mazing up there. And go me for not tripping on stage, LOL. It was not my first speech competition, but I get nervous all the time about different things.

The results of the competition was announced the day after and guess what? I won first place! XD *dances around* I’m still recovering from the shock, and you know what’s interesting? It was then that I started shaking, lol. I haven’t got my gold whatever yet, but oh my gosh, yay! Who knew blabbering about “Global Warming” in front of 432748347 people was well worth it? Heh. XD

And in celebration, my friends took me to Pizza Hut (because I haven’t been there in AGES) and gave me a tasty, satisfying treat. Yu-mmy.

And also, for showing and giving me his support throughout the speech material researching, the practice, the competition and the results announcement, and just for always being there for me, I gave Izat a Pizza Hut treat as well yesterday. Another reason for that would be that he had never been to Pizza Hut before. Yeah, and I was like, “Seriously?” Apparently, he never really has a thing for Pizzas. *shrugs*

And if you must know, Izat is the guy that I’ve been talking about. Yep, we’re getting pretty close, but we’re still friends for now; we’re taking it slow, remember? *nods*

Oh well, I think I’d have to go eat something; I can hear my stomach. Can you? lol.
